I've decided to start sharing my food diary, I'm trying to eat a bit better (not going great see pic 3). But I personally love reading and looking at what other people eat, I'm going to try and upload them as frequently as I can, and once I've take a few will maybe do a weekly food diary instead of daily...
1 water green tea banana

2 water green tea toast with dairy free butter and marmite
3 tea half a biscoff krispy kreme and slice of cake
4 2x quorn kebabs with tomatos, onion, mushroom, peppers, pita bread, corn on the cob, salad with cous cous
